Village Homes North is located in the heart of Valencia next to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. The association has a beautiful pool, spa, whirl pool, showers, restroom facilities, play structure and beautiful slopes with drought tolerant plants. There is a paseo pathway within the association as well which allows pedestrians to walk to the pool without crossing any streets.
Village Homes North is in walking distance from Cal Arts and College of the Canyons, and is less than three miles from Valencia Town Center, Valencia Country Club, and the TPC Valencia golf course. The world renowned Six Flags Magic Mountain is also just a few minutes away.
